A batch of N-series planetary gear reducers developed and manufactured by SGR is about to be shipped across the ocean to Mexico.

This N-series planetary gear reducer utilizes 20CrMnTi carburizing and quenching combined with precision gear grinding, resulting in high surface hardness and excellent core toughness. It can withstand long-term belt start-stop, material impact, and continuous heavy-load conditions. Furthermore, due to its multi-tooth load-sharing mechanism, this planetary gear reducer offers advantages such as smooth and reliable operation, high mechanical efficiency, low heat generation, and maintenance-free operation. Optional features include a backstop, brake interface, and special sealing structure, effectively addressing dust, humidity, and complex outdoor environments.
