The low-speed output shaft is equipped with heavy-duty bearings, achieving optimal torque distribution and enabling the reducer to stably withstand extremely high radial loads. All gears undergo surface hardening treatment (carburizing and quenching + precision grinding), combining high hardness and toughness to ensure high reliability and an extended service life during long-term operation.
The N-series planetary gear reducer features a compact structure, low operating noise, and excellent transmission efficiency and durability. It is widely used in industrial fields with extremely high performance and stability requirements, such as horizontal directional drilling rigs, mining crushing equipment, mud pumps, lead-acid battery plate rolling mills, and construction cranes.
The N-series planetary gear reducer offers both coaxial and right-angle mounting options and supports various output configurations, including male and female shafts. SGR's external shaft solutions (including splined or cylindrical shafts) are reinforced to directly withstand strong radial and axial loads at the output end, simplifying system structure and reducing external support requirements.
