Unlike conventional cylindrical worm gears, the C-series features dual-enveloping geometry, where both the worm and worm wheel wrap around each other, creating multi-tooth simultaneous meshing. The worm—also crafted from 20CrMnTi, carburized and ground—mates with a high-performance alloy bronze worm wheel, delivering exceptional wear resistance and thermal stability.

 

Compared to standard worm sets of the same size, the C-series offers up to 40% higher load capacity and 15–20% better efficiency.
