The plane double enveloping  worm gear transmission is characterized by multi-tooth meshing between the worm and worm gear. The worm tooth hardness reaches HRC 58~62. The worm wheel adopts high-performance alloy bronze to maintain long wear resistance, high transmission efficiency, and a long service life. Compared to the cylindrical worm gear of the same specifications, the carrying capacity and service life are increased by 2~4 times, and the transmission efficiency is doubled. Our company, in collaboration with relevant universities, has conducted systematic research from design, technology, to production assembly and testing methods.
