Specifically, the gears in the N-series planetary gear reducers are manufactured from 20CrMnTi steel,following carburizing and quenching, they undergo precision grinding. This design offers several advantages, including load distribution across multiple teeth, smooth and reliable operation, and high mechanical efficiency.
The C-series worm gear reducers are characterized by multi-tooth meshing between the worm and the worm wheel. The worm is constructed from 20CrMnTi steel—similarly carburized, quenched, and precision-ground—while the worm wheel is made of high-performance alloy bronze, ensuring long-lasting wear resistance. This configuration results in high transmission efficiency and a long service life. Compared to cylindrical worm gear sets of equivalent specifications, the C-series worm gear reducers demonstrates significantly enhanced load-bearing capacity and transmission efficiency; furthermore, at high reduction ratios, it exhibits mechanical self-locking capabilities, thereby effectively enhancing the safety performance of hoisting machinery.
SGR have developed the first domestic—and internationally leading—toroidal worm precision measuring instrument, capable of measuring toroidal worms with Grade 4 precision and ensuring that their tooth profile geometry complies with DIN/ISO standards.
SGR is further equipped with a comprehensive array of testing equipment—including coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), micro-hardness testers, geometric precision measuring instruments, and reducer power performance test benches—thereby establishing leading technical capabilities and a specialized system that integrates design, manufacturing, and technical services. Within SGR ’s 15,000-square-meter proprietary manufacturing facility, advanced machinery—such as 4-axis simultaneous-control complex-profile CNC surface grinders, vertical and horizontal machining centers, gear machine tools, and CNC vertical turning centers—ensures the precision machining and manufacturing of its speed reducers.
