Planetary gear reducers are also often integrated into the rocker arm of the cutting section to drive the drum's high-speed rotation for efficient coal breaking.
Conveyors in coal mining have the critical task of transporting the raw coal mined from the working face out of the wellhead continuously, efficiently, and safely. In addition to the N series planetary gear reducers, SGR also exhibited other reduction transmission products with excellent performance. Among them, the C series double-enveloping toroidal worm gear reducers feature a multi-tooth meshing between the worm and worm wheel. The worm is made of 20CrMnTi carburized and quenched before grinding, and the worm wheel is made of high-performance alloy bronze, which can maintain long-term wear resistance, high transmission efficiency, and long life. Compared with cylindrical worm and worm gear pairs of the same specifications, the load capacity and transmission efficiency are significantly improved. At high speed ratios, it has a mechanical self-locking function, which can effectively improve the safety performance of the lifting machine.
