In the late winter season, despite the biting cold, overseas customers' enthusiasm for high-performance, high-quality gearbox products remains undiminished. Recently, customers from Russia, Iran, and Australia visited Shanghai SGR Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. (SGR) to conduct in-depth discussions on the procurement of planetary gear reducers for sightseeing and tourist boats, and to conduct on-site inspections of  China gearbox manufacturer SGR's R&D and manufacturing capabilities.

At the site, the technical engineers provided a detailed introduction to SGR's two main product systems: the N-series planetary gear reducers and the C-series worm gear reducers.  From material selection and heat treatment processes to precision gear grinding, assembly, and performance testing, they comprehensively demonstrated the products' high precision, high reliability, and excellent performance under harsh working conditions.

It’s worthy to mentioning that SGR highlighted its modular and customized production services, which can be tailored to specific needs.

During the discussions, customers from various countries engaged in detailed discussions with the SGR technical team of SGR on topics such as product performance parameters, installation compatibility, selection guidance, and typical application cases. They highly praised the quality stability, delivery response speed, and localized service capabilities of SGR gearboxes.

Russian and Iranian customers showed strong interest in the N-series planetary gearboxes suitable for propulsion or deck systems of sightseeing boats, particularly appreciating their compact structure, corrosion-resistant sealing design, and quiet operation.  They also engaged in practical discussions regarding production capacity, resulting in a lively and efficient exchange of information at the event.

To date, the gear reducer products developed and manufactured by China gearbox manufacturer SGR have been exported to 26 overseas countries, covering major industrial markets in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, South America, and North America.
