Series C: Double Enveloping Worm Gear

SGR double enveloping worm gear designed to be used alongside the double enveloping worm gear reducer. As experienced worm reducer gearbox manufacturer, we believe this is the only sure way to eliminate incompatibility issues and optimize driver efficiency and transmission.

All our double enveloping worm gears are quite different from the conventional designs. We generate all our threads by planar primary enveloping line acting twice on the worm. You can see this is our worm gearbox catalogue.

Every SGR double enveloping worm gear features a better contact profile. This guarantees high efficiency. Also, they are stronger with high load capacity, since our worm threads have more contact teeth.
